01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TopDiscordServers (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, listing owners, and advertisers.
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
02 Description of Service
TopDiscordServers provides a public directory and discovery platform for Discord servers and bots. Our Service allows users to browse, search, vote on, review, and submit server and bot listings. We may also offer features for listing owners to claim, manage, and promote their profiles.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
03 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use TopDiscordServers. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Server and bot listings must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
04 Accounts & Security
Some features require you to authenticate through Discord. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You may not share your account credentials with others.
- You may not use another person's account without permission.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account use.
04A Webhook Notifications
Claimed server owners may connect a Discord webhook to receive vote notifications. By adding a webhook, you represent that you are authorized to use that webhook and the Discord channel it posts to.
- You are responsible for protecting the webhook URL and removing or replacing it if it is exposed.
- Webhook notifications are provided on an as-available basis and may be delayed or unavailable because of Discord, network, or platform failures.
- You may not use webhook notifications to harass, spam, deceive, or violate Discord's policies or applicable law.
- We may limit, suspend, or remove webhook notification access to protect the Service or prevent abuse.
04B Public Vote Bot Terms
TopDiscordServers offers a public Discord vote bot that can post vote panels in participating guilds. By inviting or using the bot, you agree to these terms and all applicable Discord platform policies.
- Only authorized owners may configure vote panels for a guild.
- Panel targets must be listings currently claimed by the configuring account.
- You may not use automation, fake accounts, or deceptive tactics to manipulate bot-based voting.
- We may edit, disable, or remove panel configurations when listings are deleted, ownership changes, or abuse is detected.
04C Embed Generator
TopDiscordServers offers a free Discord Embed Generator that lets you design embeds visually and copy generated code for use in your own bots and webhooks. The tool runs in your browser, and the embed content you enter is used only to build your live preview and export code.
- You are solely responsible for the content you place in an embed and for how you use the generated code.
- You may not use the tool to create embeds that are illegal, deceptive, malicious, or that violate Discord's policies or applicable law.
- Generated code is provided "as is" without warranty. You are responsible for testing it before deploying it in production.
- Any images or links you reference in an embed must be content you are authorized to use.
- We may modify, limit, or discontinue the Embed Generator at any time without notice.
05 Listings (Servers & Bots)
Listing owners and authorized representatives may submit or claim listings. By submitting a listing, you represent that you have the right to promote the server or bot and that the information provided is accurate and not misleading.
Listing Requirements
- Listings must accurately represent the Discord server or bot.
- Listings may not contain deceptive, fraudulent, or malicious content.
- Listings must be placed in the appropriate category.
- Listings must not promote illegal activity, hate speech, harassment, or exploitation.
- NSFW listings are allowed but must be correctly marked as NSFW and accurately described.
If you submit adult-oriented content, you are responsible for ensuring it is lawful, age-appropriate, and compliant with Discord's policies. Content involving minors or non-consensual exploitation is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to edit, reject, remove, or suspend any listing at our discretion.
06 Voting & Rankings
Votes are intended to reflect genuine community support. You may not manipulate votes through bots, multiple accounts, automated scripts, coercion, or other artificial means.
- Each user may vote according to the limits we establish.
- We may apply cooldowns, rate limits, and anti-fraud measures.
- We reserve the right to remove fraudulent votes and adjust rankings accordingly.
- Repeated vote manipulation may result in account suspension or listing removal.
06A TDS Cash, Virtual Currency & Boosts
TDS Cash is a virtual currency used for services on TopDiscordServers.com. It has no cash value, is not redeemable for real-world currency, and does not represent stored monetary value.
Earning TDS Cash
- We may award TDS Cash for verified votes and other eligible activity.
- We may also award TDS Cash for approved stats contributions, valid bug reports, and useful suggestions.
- All rewards are discretionary and may be limited, adjusted, delayed, or withheld to prevent abuse.
- Duplicate, fraudulent, abusive, or low-quality submissions are not eligible for rewards.
Using TDS Cash
- TDS Cash may be used for on-platform services, including server boost purchases.
- Boost pricing, durations, and feature availability may change at any time.
- If your balance is insufficient, a purchase will be declined and no boost time will be added.
- Unless required by law, TDS Cash transactions are final and non-refundable.
We may correct balance errors, reverse rewards obtained through abuse, and suspend wallet-related features for accounts that violate these terms or attempt to manipulate the reward system.
07 User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, including server descriptions, comments, reviews, and images. By submitting content, you grant TopDiscordServers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
You represent that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party and that you have all necessary permissions to share it.
08 Prohibited Conduct
You may not use TopDiscordServers to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Post or promote illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful content.
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or other malicious material.
- Spam, scrape, or excessively automate interactions with the Service.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.
- Circumvent any restrictions, limits, or protective measures we implement.
09 Advertising
TopDiscordServers may display third-party advertisements now or in the future. Advertisers must comply with these terms and all applicable laws. We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any advertisement at our discretion.
Advertisements may be targeted based on general categories, content context, and non-identifying usage data. We do not sell personal information for advertising purposes. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
10 Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and code, are the property of TopDiscordServers or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Discord's trademarks, logos, and branding are the property of Discord Inc. and are used in accordance with their brand guidelines.
11 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
Self-Service Account Deletion
- You may request account deletion through the in-account Delete Account flow, which requires explicit confirmation.
- After deletion, your account is removed from active access and listing ownership may be released or unclaimed.
- We may attempt to remove deleted users from our official Discord community where technically possible.
- For abuse prevention, legal compliance, incident response, and auditing, we may retain limited records as permitted or required by law.
- Any post-deletion access requests are reviewed at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
12 Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. We are not responsible for the content, actions, or conduct of third-party servers listed on our platform.
13 Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOPDISCORDSERVERS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us to use the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
14 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TopDiscordServers and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, your listings, or your violation of these terms.
15 Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or relating to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
16 Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the revised terms.
