We do not store your Discord password. We store only the information Discord provides to us that is necessary for authentication and listing management. You may disconnect your account at any time by contacting us.

04A Public Vote Bot Data

When the TopDiscordServers vote bot is used in Discord, we process limited technical data needed to authenticate interactions, apply votes, and maintain panel configuration.

• Discord user IDs, guild IDs, channel IDs, and message IDs for vote panel operation.
• Listing identifiers (server IDs and bot slugs) to route vote actions correctly.
• Operational logs and counters used for abuse prevention, reliability, and support diagnostics.

This processing is limited to bot functionality and service security. We do not sell this data.

04B Embed Generator Data

The Discord Embed Generator runs entirely in your browser. The embed content you type is processed locally to build your live preview and generate copyable code, and it is not stored on our servers.

• We do not save the text, links, or images you enter into the embed builder.
• We do not require an account to use the tool, and we do not tie embed content to your identity.
• Standard, non-identifying analytics may record that the Embed Generator page was visited, like any other page.

Because generation happens in your browser, you should avoid entering sensitive information such as private webhook URLs into fields that are not intended for them.
